After all the years I have been going to Scilly Lesser Yellowlegs has eluded my island list as all previous birds had departed a few days before I arrived. You wait for years and like buses two come along at once and linger for weeks. The first bird was seen on Tresco Great Pool from the Swarovski Hide where it was mostly against the light, this is the last few images in the set. The second was a superbly showy bird on both the Lower Moors pool from the ISBG and Hilda Quick Hides and at the near by "Higgo's" pool. Both were juveniles.
