Collared Flycatcher - Sumburgh Head, Shetland 21st September 2015
I had become stuck on Shetland mainland, unable to get over to Fair Isle, due to fog and was stuck at the airfield at Tingwall pretty much all day to this stunning adult winter male Collared Flycatcher by the Sumburgh Lighthouse was a silver lining. It ranged around the lighthouse but kept returning to the area between the wall and the mast where most of these images are from.

What a stunner, just look at the amount of white in the wing.
