Found mid morning by Jeff Delve this is the first local Cattle Egret in two years. This individual favoured the borrowdyke along the seawall and was associating with a Little Egret. It was easily spooked by the passing cars and vans of the site works but never strayed to far from here. Conditions were not great, low light and strong wind meant having to ramp up the ISO on the camera in a hope of getting half decent images and with the bird never really close these are currently my best efforts.
