One of the undoubted highlights of the Scilly season this super bird often showed very well, down to a few metres from the cliff top path, and often seen making flycatching sallies. It was found within an hour of me arriving on the island eliciting a run from the airfield. In-flight images are at the bottom showing the tail pattern.

These in-flight shots were difficult to obtain, a high ISO was needed with a low Fstop to get the shutter speed up.
